Return Review
Return requests can be reviewed when a product is unused, in reasonable condition, and accompanied by purchase details. The studio may request basic information to identify the transaction.
Timing and Method
Please contact the studio within a reasonable period after pickup or receipt so staff can explain available next steps. Approved returns are handled through the original communication channel where practical.
